When your order is SHIPPED, you will receive an email within 48 hours containing your tracking number.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Full price and sale merchandise can be returned within 14 days of your order delivery.

All merchandise must be in its original condition – new, unworn and unaltered with all original tags attached.

EXCHANGE TERMS

In the case of an exchange, please contact our customer service team at return@faund.co prior to sending back your item/s.

Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, Faund reserves the right to deny an exchange if the item/s do not meet the above requirements.

Once your package has been received, your exchange will be shipped within 3 business days.

REFUND TERMS

Once your package has been received, your refund will be issued within 3 business days in the original form of payment.

Please be advised that in case of a full return (all items in the order) the initial and return shipping costs will be deducted from the total refund, customs fee will be covered by the receiver (for countries outside of Europe).
